How This Works
We are not a roofing company and we are not public adjusters. We publish local information and pass enquiries to one local contractor.
What we do and do not do
A typical Toledo roof is 15-20 squares, and architectural asphalt runs $450-750 per square installed.
- We publish what we can establish about roofing in Lucas County - per-square pricing, ice dams, and how insurance settlement terms work.
- We pass each enquiry to one independent local contractor. Not several.
- We do not perform roofing work, we do not inspect roofs, and we do not act for you in an insurance claim.
- We do not rank or review contractors.
How we make money
A flat monthly fee from the contractor for the enquiries we pass on - not a commission and not a share of your job. Which is why the most prominent advice on this site is to read your own insurance policy before you talk to anyone, including us.
Because Ohio does not license roofers at state level, the checks that matter are local registration, a certificate of liability insurance sent directly by the insurer, and proof of workers compensation coverage. Ask for all three - a legitimate contractor will not mind.
